Office 365 is not running on MacBook Pro

I installed Office 365 on my MacBook Pro but it is not working I thought it may be the system issue so I also contacted Apple technical service but they told me that there is no fault in the system. So, can anyone tell me a way to solve this issue?

    I recommend contacting Microsoft Office support since you are using Office 365 for Mac.
