Is it possible to add workflow approval process on the customized tables?
Any idea how to achieve that?

Hi Rajat,
of course you can create your own Workflows on the customized/new tables you have in your side.
In the following link you can find a little guide:

You need to modify the code creating an extension to add those new Events and New Responses, so those are available in the list of Events and Responses to select when you want to create the new Workflow.
