Hello,
 
I am using AXUpdateInstaller to move the code to the new VM, but every time I run it, I end up with the below error on Step 3.
 
 
I already have all the certificates in Trusted Root Certification Authorities
 
 
I also tried to check the checkbox in SSMS that says /Trust server certificate/ but it didn't help.
 
Any help would be appreciated,

    What is the exact "code" about? Is this an ISV solution where possibly the code signing certificate is expired? If so, you may contact the ISV for an updated version.
     
    If it is something different, please provide more details, so we could understand your exact scenario.

    You can check out the documentation in the link which mentions this error: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (Provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.) and suggests possible causes and solutions for the error.
