Hi, I was thinking of doing a Quiz like format within the guides where I use the Question Step to ask a question. Is there any way where I can get the analytics for Question Step? To know which response was selected and if it is correct, I want to add a score for them to SharePoint and collate their scores for each question there.
I understand that it would be best if I use PowerApps, however, for some reason when I linked PowerApps into my HoloLens 2, it couldn't load for a very long. So I am trying to find alternatives by using purely Dynamics 365 Guide.
