I apologize if there is a simple or obvious answer to this question, but I am stuck. As we have been testing out various activities within D365, we noticed that while an activity would roll up from child account to parent account, and from contact to the account it is directly linked to, we could not find a view that would show activities for all contacts associated with a parent account and all of its child accounts (only activities for which the contact is directly linked to the account). Is this not an OoB feature? Do we need to add a customer relationship to link all "child contacts" to the original parent account? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you for your help!
