Hi All,

Customer have a requirements on the document template that they would need the table like below.

Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Row 1  Row 1 Column 2 Row 1 Column 3
Row 2 Row 2 Column 2 Row 2 Column 3

This table the data is in a related custom entity which link to contact entity. Column 2 and Column 3 the contact name which based on different optionset value,e.g. the role.

Is that able to do that in the document template?

    Hi,

    You can format your email has a table using custom HTML and add dynamic fields in each cell. However, you can't dynamically add rows based on entity data. If you need something like this, I will suggest you use a document generator like Xpertdoc.
