Login Prompt - Escalate to an Agent Strange Request

Posted on by 9
I have a two PowerPages A & B with a two ChatBOT's A & B (PVA BOT/Copilot) in the same environment. In PowerPage A with Chatbot A everything works just fine. when I escalate to a live agent.  The chatbot works just fine in PowerPage A with Chatbot A, however but when I ask t In PowerPage B with Chatbot B I get the following Login prompt. Authentication is disabled in Chatbot A and Chatbot B (see image below,) and Web Channel Security is disabled in Chatbot A and Chatbot B

In troubleshooting I put Chatbot A into the Workstream that suppose PowerPage B and where Chatbot B lives and Chatbot A does the exact same thing, again it works just fine when asking PowerPage A with Chatbot A to escalate to an agent.  I have not enabled any workstream Authentication setting in PowerPage BChatbot B. If I put Chatbot B into the PowerPage A I get the same login request.

Anyone have any ideas, I have removed the Chatbot from the workstream for Chatbot B, I even tried to create a new Chatbot B and had the same issue. I have published, and synced the powerpage.

I figured this out, I had enabled Persistent Chat when setting up the Chat Workstream.
