VoC question is read-only

Experts,

Just installed VoC from admin center, but then find out cannot edit any questions, it is just read only.

Anyway to make question editable instead of read-only.

    Hi,

    Did you check the permission? Do you have permission of writing over Question entity?

    Hi Ning,

    Try to edit the questions in the web client, not in Voice of the Customer app (Unified interface).

    In addition, Voice of the Customer (VoC) is being deprecated and replaced with Microsoft Forms Pro.
