Stephen,

There are many ways you can integrate Dynamics 365 and O365. What exactly are you looking for?

Dynamics can link with your Exchange for sending/receiving or tracking emails, as well as auto record creation such as creating a case record from your "support@xyz.com" email queue

You can work with Dynamics 365 records right from Outlook with the Dynamics App for Outlook

Link to SharePoint or OneDrive for file storage on individual records

Link to OneNote for note taking (especially useful for keeping notes when numerous employees may be involved)

Office 365 groups for collaboration and document storage

Yammer

Flow allows you to send information from Dynamics anywhere in Office 365 with no coding needed (for example we post news announcements to our SharePoint intranet every time an opportunity is won)

Power BI has an easy data connector with content packs for powerful reports

As you can see the possibilities are there, you may just need to work with someone to get it configured the way you'd like.
