Views (and subgrids) say "No data available" but I can see there are some there

We have a problem with a number of computers (laptops) not displaying records which are there. E.g. Income - "no data available" but at the bottom it shows 1-250 of 5000+ so we know data is there.

**This started on Monday 6 December**

It works fine on my i5 desktop, but records don't show on my laptop.

This is some high volume records, some of the time.

Hi SSnell,

So the grid with high volume records can't load, other grids can load records in laptops? And this had not happened before December 6?

Maybe you can open the ticket with Microsoft and ask for support:

We've had a reply from Microsoft to say that this is a bug their end, and they are rolling out a fix this coming weekend.
