Customize the Create Bookings form on Schedule Board to add custom fields

Hi All,

I'm looking to customize the Create Booking page on the right hand side on the Schedule Board (old as well as new schedule board) since I'm looking to add custom fields while booking.

Wanted to check where should I be looking in order to do so if this is supported.

Please advise!

Hi Priyesh,

1. As you can see in the image below, when you are editing an app in Power apps, click on a page and on the right side it will show its type.

The URL type has no interface to change it.

2. After you create a booking, a rectangle will be displayed on the schedule board based on the hours of the booking, and the record will pop up when you double-click on the rectangle.

Thanks for the quick response, Haig,

Can you please elaborate on where the Modify Form Type Page exists?
I'm looking for a way to see if I can edit the details after I created the Booking, that's an extra step but should be an alternative to consider.

Please advise!

Hi Priyesh,

Unfortunately, we can't modify the Create Booking form. If you need to add custom field, it is recommended that you use the form designer to add it in the bookable resource booking form.

Schedule Board form is a URL type form, so the Create Booking form on it is generated in real time and there is no interface to modify it.

We can only go to the Modify Form Type page.
