I already had a conversation with Microsoft Employee regarding this as the reason of downloading Microsoft product through another source
They inform me : Microsoft not rcommanding any data source excluding Microsoft Website sources or partner source to download any Microsoft
And also note that they inform CU (Cumulative Update)setup is not always the complte the setup , its might be only including inter-correction component only
I think its better to contact one of your country partner and request the demo product (setup) its might be a secure and correct way for u
you can download nav 2017 e.g. from mibuso.
version w1 cu 0: mibuso.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-nav-w1-2017
version w1 cu 4: mibuso.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-nav-w1-2017-cumulative-update-4-build-15601
this is the w1 version, so there are no localizations.

for that link a customersource account is needed.
