Marketing Pages: 30% of HTML being completely removed upon publication

Hi,
we have created a marketing page template that looks great.
But when transforming it into a template and then doing even minor edits like replacing an image, the page gets some code completely removed (template has 1140 html lines, the updated template has 1005 lines) or broken and comments remove as well. The published landing page then looked like only a third of the content is present and completely upside down (the footer on top everything misplaced).
Has anyone encountered such an issue before?

    Hi,
    It's so strange.
Have you tries to create another new one marketing page template?
Can other users do it successfully?
