Download and open BLOB blocks from Storage accounts in Azure Portal

I recently restored the production database into my local VM. As expected, the attachments were not copied during the refresh operation, as they aren't included in all refresh processes.

I was able to access Azure Blob Storage and can see the files stored as blobs.

Could you advise on how I can download these files and transfer them to my local VM so that I can access and view them?

    I know there are several entities that can be used for this, but I cannot remember if there is a standard way of dumping all attachments.
