I have had issues with when i recieve a email in CRM, i can't scroll down the email. It's freezed and sometimes also see full content is also not working.
Do you know how to fix this issue?

This problem is most likely due to the cache of the browser.
So please clear your browser cache and cookies, and try another browser to see if it works.
