Hi,
I want to notify or Auto post to customer in Contact entity whenever a new or existing KB article get created or updated.
i was trying with workflow but it is not showing any result in Auto Post.
Is there any way to do this.

A workflow is the best way to do this - is the post record getting created but just not showing? Check that the post record is set regarding the contact record.

I am not getting option of the post record to set regarding the contact record.
What, if any, is the relationship between that specific contact and the KB article? Out of the box, there is no relationship between them, so you may have to create it somehow.
I have created 1:N relationship between Contact and KB article, also created workflow for the same but I am not getting any output regarding the same.

There is a N:1 relationship from KB Article to Contact? So each KB Article is related to one specific contact record?
If there is a N:1 from KB Article to Contact, I'm not sure why it's not showing in that workflow editor. Maybe it needs to be published?
Can you send a screen shot of the N:1 relationships from the KB Article point of view?
