Fail to load Lead Scoring

Posted on by 25

I created a lead scoring model once and it was successfully scored in leads.

Then i made some edit in my scoring model and suddenly the score cannot be loaded.
I have waited for nearly an hour but the score is still not being loaded.

Does any one have the same problem too?

Thanks in advance.

The Microsoft background engineer told me that this is a known bug.

    The solution is as follows:

    1. Open Advanced Find

    2. Search for all records of entity "LeadModelConfig"

    3. Delete the existing LeadModelConfig entity records.

    4. Retry Model creation by navigating to Settings -> Sales AI -> Predictive Lead scoring

I tested successfully in my environment. It took about 30 minutes to complete the model creation.

This solution should solve your problem.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for your kind reply.

I have checked as you said but seems that there isn't any records in LeadModelConfig.

Anyway, thank you very much for your reply=)

    Hi Partner

Can you check if there are any records exist in "LeadModelConfig" Entity  through Advance Find -> Select Entity "Leadmodelconfig". Here is the screenshot for reference

If there are any records exist, delete the records and then try again for lead scoring. It is advisable to check first in Trial environment or any lower environment, rather than trying directly in Prod environment.
