Hi,

We added Activity to the Account (organization) entity. we only need to display Phone cell, Email, and Note as part of the Activity. However, it only displays "Task" when I click Activity (refer to image 1). How I can enable the other options?

Note: i checked the Activity list in the Timeline which displays properly  (refer to image 2).

    Hi SivaR,

Note is not a type of activity. So it could not appear in the new activity' dropdown. And the note can't be added as a navigation as Activity. So you can only add them by timeline.

You can new a tab and add a timeline. And configurate it like this:

You can also add a subgrid to list all notes regarding to this record. However, you could not create note by click New Note button, because the columns are locked(By design).

    Hi Steve,

It was my mistake. I checked the customer service hub app instead of my app (ABCApp).

I added email, phone cell, and note under app section on the ABCapp. now I can see email and phone cell (refer to image 2). However, the note is missing from the Activity list (refer to image 2).

How I can enable the Note to display part of the Activity list? Thank you, Siva

    Hi SivaR,

It is a weird thing. Please clear your browser cache to have a try. If this still not work, please raise a ticket to contact Microsoft.

    Hi SivaR,

You should add those activities to your app. Please follow the steps(I assume that you are using D365 Customer Service Hub app):

    1. Login into Power Apps and find the D365 Customer Service Hub app.

    2. Select and edit this app.

    3. Please check the email and phone call is added or not.

    4. If there is no those entities, please click Add Page button and add them.

    5. Finally, save & publish this app and then test again.

Thank you for the email. Yes, the activity is on (image 1). Email and Phone cell are selected to display the activity (refer to image 2). However, It is still not listing those activities.

    Hi SivaR,

It seems that you check this option in PPAC->Environment->Setting->Product->Feature, correct?

    pastedimage1665370354645v1.png

If so, it would only show activities which are added into your app when you click "New Activity" button.

So there would be two solution:

    1. Add  Phone cell, Email, and Note into your app.(Recommend)

2.Disable this option.(It would show all activities)
