You would have to check what are all tables you are using in your display method and provide read access to those tables in your role.

Are you sure you don't need to just clear SysLastValue for those forms and users?  Maybe just reset the personalization?  I've often seen fields added with display methods not appear to established users if they have personalized the form, which very common (as easy as moving or resizing a single column).

    Hi,

As per my understanding you want to provide access to display method on form ECO RES PRODUCT PER COMPANY LIST PAGE for those who has been assigned to role GLOBAL LIST where data is sourcing from AAA_ITEMDETAILS.

    Please perform the following steps:

    i. On the role "GLOBAL LIST", under the forms node add your form

Path: \Security\Roles\GLOBALLIST\Permissions\Forms\ECO RES PRODUCT PER COMPANY LIST PAGE

ii. On the display method form control, set needed permission property to Yes on form.

iii. Add the new form control to the form.

Path: \Security\Roles\GLOBALLIST\Permissions\Forms\ECO RES PRODUCT PER COMPANY LIST PAGE\New control(add)

Set required access to the form control by setting effectiveaccess property to update/read.

    Hope this works for you.

    Thanks,

    Chaitanya Golla
