Knowledge Base Search customization

When i create case record, depends on the configuration we have. We want to filter the records in the knowledge search placed on the grid. Can we customize the filter on knowledge search?

    Hi Prudhvi,

    Since your D365's organization address URL appears in your screenshot, this may cause your private information to be leaked. I have covered the most important part of the URL for you.

    To filter the records in the knowledge search, you need to configure automatic filtering.

    Ensure that Relevance search is enabled for automatic filtering to work. The Knowledge Article attribute must be added to the Knowledge Article Quick Find View. Ensure Source Entity Attribute is present on the form.
