Configure mailbox for server-side synchronization in crm 365

i got this error,when I am approving emil.

    You should be global Admin.

    Follow below post to become global Admin:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../global-service-administrators-can-administer-without-license

    You have to ask some one who has global admin to give you rights.
