Minimum privileges to use Marketing Lists

Hi, 
 
I am trying to use a custom security role, that will grant users access to work with Marketing Lists.
 
Does anyone know which specific minimum privileges that are required to do work with Marketing Lists?
 
 
The users already have organizational access to work with leads, contacts and accounts. 
I have the same question (0)
