When viewing the Timeline on the Contact Form, my users would like to see Notes that were created on Cases related to the Contact, not just the Notes that were created on the Contact Form itself. Implied in this is the ability to recognize which Notes are on the Contact, and which Notes are on the related Case. Thanks!

The Contact and Case is one 1:N relationship, Case and Note is one 1:N relationship.
Unfortunately, you can’t show child’s notes in parent timeline currently, there is currently no OOTB way.
Maybe you can use power automate create the same notes with the child records for the parent record to achieve this requirement.
Whenever a note is created, flow is automatically run, the condition is that the record related to this note has a parent record, then create the same note for this parent record.
