Printing - Of - New Report does not Work

Hello Dear Community,
 
I have got a very a headache-causing problem.
 
Environment: Business Central
Type: OnPrem
Version: 17.1.18256.18792
 
I have created a new Report and a new Button for the customer on a page to print this report.
So, the customer can print any report which we have created for him.
 
However this report he can not print.
 
Workflow:
 
The Customer goes to the page Sales Credit Memo.
Then he goes to the Button to Print. 
Then the request Page opens and he clicks on Print.
Then the Screen starts loading and after a while it stops and nothing happens.
The User uses Business Central on edge. 
However he can print any report but this one.
 
 
If i go the server and then start business central i can print the report.
However i am not using edge.
 
If it was about settings on edge other Reports would not work.
 
 
Does somebody got any idea?

    Hello,

    it could be due to the cache. Try to run your browser in a private window and check if you can run other reports.

    I know we have some problems with web clients that are solved by clearing the cache. 

    Also, try to use other browsers to see if you have the same behaviour.

    On FireFox the customer gets Error regarding "Cross-Origin"?
     
    Do we need to add a permission for connections via FireFox?

    is this behaviour same on on other browsers (edge, chrome ) ?

    You want to add permission on what?
     
    Try to enable cross origi resources sharing on the server, or try to run report with other browser to see if it will work.
     
    Also, Mozilla is not best option for browser and if you can tell your client to test it with other browser it will be great.
     
    I found a lot of material were users discussing same problem with other services that using Mozilla as browser, and for everyone it's working fine on the Chrome and Edge, but Fox is making issues.

    If you have ruled out PC and browser issues, you can only contact Microsoft to assist in the investigation. However, BC17 has stopped supporting for many years, so it is recommended to upgrade to the latest version and try again.
