    Hi Leah Ju,

    Thank you for your response

yes , "next booking appoinment" is the customized filed in case & appointment entity,

we have sub grid view on the incident entity having the next booking appointment field (if this view having 3 different appointments)

we have active views having next booking appointment field, here it need to show next aptment date means not latest date wise

if we have 14th ,16th,18th different dates in the active view it need to 14th after 14th it will update to 16 and then 18

    Hi Partner,
    Next appointment booking field?
    Is it customized?
Because I didn't find it in the case or appointment entity.
If it is one customized field:
Is it in the case entity? Or is it in the Appointment entity?
Can you share screenshots about all?
