Lifecycle services (LCS) BPM model "Export" function is not working

Hi Everyone,

I tried to export the APQC unified library in the Microsoft Lifecycle services and it is not working for me. It just gives a error as "Export hierarchy failed. An error occurred while exporting the hierarchy"  is it me or is it for everyone?

Has Microsoft given any resolution on this?
