    Hi Irshad,

If you have checked that there is a bank account, you can click on the Edit button on the Infolog form. This will open an X++ editor highlighting the code that raised the error. A developer can then check why the error popped up.

    Hi Irshad,

You mentioned that the Edit button doesn't take to any point. Is the development environment opened by this action or not? What is the exact behavior?

In a Dynamics 365 environment, I'm not able to find this label. I don't have a working AX 2012 environment to check some technical details. Can you verify if the error can be caused by a customization?

    Hi Andre,

No development environment opened. Client is installed on my office pc. I did not see anything even after clicking at "Edit" button. There is no customization involved in it.

    Regards,
    Irshad

    Hi Irshad,

Unfortunately, I'm not able to help you further on the forum as I don't have an AX 2012 environment with a development license to check where the label can be used. I would suggest contacting a developer that can check within your environment why the error is raised.
