Can someone help me understand how microsoft dynamics 365 remote assist works with hololens 2 glasses and what plan should i acquire in order to provide technical support to instruct a person in the repair of a fault

You need a tenant, a backoffice user with the Teams app and a Teams license, plus your Hololens user will need the Remote Assist app and the trial license. Both users ideally in the same Active Directory for easier testing.

This includes how to use with HoloLens 2 and where to buy Remote Assist. Note that you can also get a Remote Assist trial for free if you'd like to try it out.
Using RA to provide technical support to a field user is exactly the type of situation is why we created Remote Assist.
