Hi,

I would like to know how we can integrate D365 HR with LinkedIn Talent Hub.

Has anyone tried it?

If yes, please guide me through the steps.

Hi George,

Thanks for your response.

I was following the same steps as mentioned in the document. But is unable to follow the below steps:

Link your environment to LinkedIn Talent Hub

Open LinkedIn Talent Hub.

On the user drop-down menu, select Product Settings.

When I click on the LinkedIn Talent Hub link provided I do not see any login nor I see any user drop-down menu to select Product Settings.

Please help me understand if I am missing anything.

Kindly note I have setup the pre-requisites as well mentioned in the document provided (setting up user and providing security role)

If there is any other document/video/blog related to it please share.

Hi Poonam,

I'm not an expert in LinkedIn, therefore I'd recommend checking this in a LinkedIn forum as well.

What I have found and might be useful for you is www.linkedin.com/.../talent-hub-faqs

There is a section titled "How do I access my personal product settings?". Please check steps described there.

Can we still integrate D365 HR with LinkedIn Talent Hub? in the above given article there is a note that it is retired is there any other way?

LinkedIn Talent Hub integration will no longer be available with the infrastructure merge:

Will the LinkedIn Talent Hub integration work on the finance and operations infrastructure?

No, the LinkedIn Talent Hub integration won't be a part of the merged infrastructure. Public application programming interfaces (APIs) are available to build integrations with recruiting and applicant tracking solutions. Customers who are planning to use LinkedIn Talent Hub should work with their Microsoft partner to integrate by using the provided APIs. For more information about Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integration APIs, see Applicant Tracking System integration API introduction.

The recommendation as Parag mentioned, is to go for an ISV to solve the scenario.
