I´m trying deploy a sandbox enviroment in thi link:https://trials.dynamics.com/ but givme a error. Does anyone know if it is in maintenance or if they know of another link to perform the procedure?

For provisioning using LCS, please follow the steps documented here:

For deploying Trials,
https://trials.dynamics.com/ is the place you can start.
