Licenses in both devices?

Good morning to all,

A simple question about the licenses for RA module.

We have a licenses for RA module in teams but, our customers who need support by Android app, need to buy a license too (Teams + RA) or it´s free as in other brands applications?

Hi,

Since the capacity of each Remote Assist license is one user.

If you don't have a spare assignable license in your team, then an additional license needs to be purchased for the customer.
