Just Put a positive amount with a negative Quantity

    Quanity -1 "Unit Price" 100 = "Total Price" -100

Hi, you will need to do a negative ledger entry to nullify the effect of Job Ledger Entries, as those cannot be unposted.

By the way, which is your missed column?

    Dear bobbysharon  ,

As your question i think you have data in to the system (positive adjustment) , yopu need to unpost mean you need to remove those right ?

There is no option like unpost in system , but you can make "Negative Adjustment" for all that you import and post it again

But note that your ledger entries wont be delete , its just adjusts as same before you post

I do not think you can reverse Job ledger entries. You need to post opposite adjustment entries.

    Alexander,

What is the procedure to reverse the Job Journal Lines from the Job Ledger Entries?

    RE: unpost job ledger entries

You can reverse those entries. Entries in the job journal, sales credit memos and purchase invoices create positive job ledger entries. Entries in a purchase credit memo or a sales invoice create negative job ledger entries. You can generate a new csv.
