i want to add button on task bar that button is connected to the field if that field if that field is yes so then we click on button by that directly open email template directly by that all the step we use to open it that we can skip and save our time
how can we do this.
Here are my thoughts -
1. Assuming you are familiar with XrmToolBox's Ribbon Workbench. You can add a button on the Home ribbon of the entity, say, Accounts.
2. The button will be applied with Enable Rule to show when a certain field value is true - Read more here - ribbonworkbench.uservoice.com/.../121427-enable-disable-a-ribbon-button-dynamically-based-o
3. So when you click the button, you can simply call a Workflow that will in-turn use the Template you want to use.
4. Additionally, to call a workflow from the Ribbon button, you'll also need Process.JS to be able to call the workflow from the ribbon button - github.com/.../processjs
