Good Day for All,,
 
Now I making the closing but there is urgent problem that I cannot settled the transaction in ledger settlement 
And the Massage is shown .
 
So please I need Help.

    Hi,
    On the same day, there were users who had the same problem as you, so this may not be your problem, it may be a data issue, you can refer to this old thread: Settled transactions cannot be included for settlement. (dynamics.com).
    Normally, if you get this error, you can refer to this old thread: Error in Ledger Settlement (dynamics.com), where this advice might help you:

    Go to General ledger> Periodic tasks> Ledger settlements

    Set the status to "Settled" and click Display transactions

    Verify the next vouchers

    Select and unmark the transactions you do not want to include in the Settlement or Settlement Reversal processes
