Hide Cancelled Bookings from Schedule Board

Hi,

I want to hide the cancelled bookings from the schedule board, i have gone through below link, the settings mentioned only applies if i am making a booking from the WO entity, but doesn't do anything if i am accessing the Schedule board from the Field Service/Resource Scheduling area. is it the same with you? is there a way to hide cancelled bookings without deleting them?

    Have you tried clearing your cache , logging out and logging back in?

    Hi Jeevan,

    another factor to consider would be changing the default WO status.

    Are you aware about any changes made in that context?

    As stated in the public documentation below, the statuses should not be changed.

    "Work Order System Statuses are noted on the work order entity, marking the current point of a work order in its life cycle. They are part of the product by default and should not be edited. "
