Hi Singaravelu,
I've written a blog post on the differences between Dynamics 365 and Model-Driven Apps which you can find here https://wp.me/p9QSWN-1k.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I couldn't urls pointing to any articles except the docs url.
Can you share the url to article you are referring to?

Did you read my articles listed? There is overlap with limitations. Table provided.
Hi,
I already have visited those videos, the question came to my mind after watching the videos only.
There seems to be an overlap between XRM and Model Driven Apps. I just wanted to know the documents that clearly draws the line between them.
Few real life examples would be good.

Model based PowerApps now leverage the XRM framework for the common data service from what I understand. Check out the following for more details.

The following pricing comparison goes into more details on what is available with each option as well.

Thanks much,
Hi,
As I know, xRM Application is different from model-driven app.
Dynamics 365 (online) Customer Engagement offers customers, partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), and systems integrators (SIs), a powerful platform for building line-of-business applications. These applications are often referred to as Extended Dynamics 365 applications (xRM) applications because they leverage the relationship tracking capabilities beyond the typical customer relationship management (CRM) scenarios.
Please refer to Application platform for building extended xRM applications.
Model-driven app design is a component-focused approach to app development. Model-driven app design doesn’t require code and the apps you make can be simple or very complex.
Please refer to Overview of building a model-driven app.
Besides, there are some videos for xRM applications.
Building xRM Solutions I: Introduction
Building xRM Solutions II: Configuration
Building xRM Solutions III: Code
Hope it helps.
BR,
Judy
