How Can I Running CSS Code On FormLoad

Hello All,

I wanna use CSS Code onFormLoad. I published css code on dynamics crm. But I can't use. How can I use this code on my form.

Anythink knows this subject ? 

My Project Details : 

Type : Onprimese

Version : 1612 (9.0.21.8)
