Form switching in Unified Interface

Posted on by 55

Hi Guys,

To switch from a form to another, I used a JS routine using the following code :

In Unified Interface, when getting to the form.navigate() function, it raises the message :

This does not happen to be in the legacy web interface.

Do you guys know how to avoid this behavior ?

Thanks you very much for your support and help.

Best regards,

    Hi Miguel,

You're right, this is the described behavior for model-driven apps, so Unified Interface.

I can't manage to retrieve the documentation for the legacy web client but actually, but with it, it does not have this behavior.

I am actually migrating a CRM to UCI and on the opportunity form, the form is selected by code when changing an attribute "contract type".

You can imagine the problem I am confronted with ;)

Thank you very much anyway, I don't think there's a better answer.

    Best regards,

    Emmanuel

    Hi,

I believe this is as intended as stated in:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../navigate
