Need to update few checkboxes on contact when Marketing email has been sent from customer journey

Hi,
 
I need to update D365 contact record( few checkboxes) once Marketing email to contacts based on segments has been sent from Customer journey. I am using D365 Customer Insights - Journeys so can't find /Run Workflow/ option which was there in D365 outbound Marketing, Please advise how this can be achieved now?

    My previous example was a customer journey in OBM, do you mean you are using RTM journeys?
    If so, you need use custom trigger to trigger power automate flow from journey, then update in the flow.

    This option is not there in the  D365 Customer Insights - Journeys.

    Hi Partner,
    Customer journey? Are you using outbound marketing?
    In the OBM journey, you can use 'Run workflow' action, which can make you select one on-demand workflow created on contact entity.
