How to edit Tax exempt Code details

Hello,

Could I have your advice in it please?

I am currently in a big trouble as I need to edit Tax Exempt Numbers from system however can't edit (even though I have I have system Admin Role)

I need to change Country code for some of the tax exempt codes, however it is not allowing to change as not editable.

Also noticed I can create from this form but after saving the number it's not allowing to edit.

    Hi,

    You are right; you cannot edit the numbers.

    There are two options/workaround available:

    1. Delete the numbers in the D365FO client and create a new one again.

    This is a manual process

    2. Select the 'open in excel button' and edit the numbers in excel. Once you have edited them publish the changes.

    This will also delete the edited numbers and create new ones again but it seems faster and easier.
