5Hello I am having difficulty with configuring Great Plains to send e-mail through IMAP on Gsuite. I have successfully configured an outlook profile in windows through the control panel for IMAP via the GSuite servers.
In the mail configuration when I hit test, I successfully receive two green check marks that my tests were successful.
We have configured in Great Plains that we are using MAPI
(Not my image, but ours shows the same config)
However when we try and send mail via Great Plains it pops up with a box saying it is generating the e-mail then that disappears and nothing is sent. How do I troubleshoot this issue?
