    Hi Sindhu,

I haven't seen this issue before myself. It looks like the F&O environment can't be reached. Maybe it is a user or permissions issue? You can also consider creating a support ticket for Microsoft Support.

    Hi,

After you clone F&SCM, make sure the AAD Apps are there, before you attempt to reset the link:
    App ID 00000015-0000-0000-c000-000000000000 exists
    App  ID 2e49aa60-1bd3-43b6-8ab6-03ada3d9f08b exists

    Kind regards,
    Adrian

Just seen the same error while adding a new legal entity and the reason was the AAD app (Microsoft Entra ID app) was missing for both DataIntServiceUser and DualWriteServiceUser.
After adding the app Id, I was able to proceed further.
