Customer invoicing

Hi,

I need to to invoice 20 different customers, 20 different amounts each month but the monthly amounts for each customer stay the same for 11 months/a year when amounts get reviewed.

For example:
Customer A, monthly amount £5
Customer B, monthly amount £60
Customer C, monthly amount £45

What is the best way to do this?  Create 20 free text templates for each customer or is there a better way?

Many thanks.

    Hello,

I guess you arent invoicing via Project management? If not, then the your suggestion with the 20 templates is the way to go. You can also automatically generate and post the invoices via batch job.

    Kind regards, Adis
