An exchange rate cannot be found for exchange rate type Average between currencies USD and INR

Hello,

I'm not able to update the quantity in Sales Order lines. If gives below error msg on screen.  

Error - "An exchange rate cannot be found for exchange rate type Average between currencies USD and INR on exchange date 11-02-2021."
I have checked the currency exchange rate and it's already configured.

Please help to resolve this error.

    Hi,

    Have you tried in other journal? may be rates were added later than the journal was created.

    Hi Ramit Paul,

    Sales Order was created 15 days back and today user is trying to change the quantity for the Item number.

    I don't know what is the issue and it is occurring for the last 2 days. Also, we have not done any changes (Feature enable or package deployment).

    Even rates are updated with the proper date in exchange rate type (Average), still it gives the error.

    Also, the exchange rate has been configured on the Sales order Header as below.

    Can you try a new one if you have not done so? if still not working, talk to your developer for any custom code is affecting this

    Hi,

    Thank you very much.

    I have cross-checked the triangled currencies and a start date has been extended as a future date (01-07-2022). Now able to change the quantity.
