Forms and Business Process Flow

So

I have a form for Data Input that I have set up a business process flow for, however I don't want this to be on an information read only form on the entity.  I have been told to control this by assigning security roles but I don't get how this can work.  If I entity 'firms' with a read only view and data entry view and the same users need access to these, how do I set up security roles so that they see the flow on one and not the other?

Thanks

RE: Forms and Business Process Flow

    Hi,

You could set Visibility of a Business Process Flow with JavaScript.

For the detailed steps, you could take a look at the following article.

    https://www.powerobjects.com/2014/12/11/setting-visibility-of-a-business-process-flow-with-javascript-dynamics-crm-2015/

    Hope it could help you.

    BR,

    Judy
