Hello, I have a Customer Journey to send emails to contacts in a Dynamic Segment. Some of the contacts added to the Dynamic Segment are inactive contacts and the emails don't get delivered. Is there any way to sed emails from a Customer Journey to inactive contacts?

Unfortunately emails to inactive contacts will always be blocked, it is by design.
The solution is to create a segment based on the interaction "Email blocked inactive contact", it will query all inactive contacts: we need to open each record in Members tab and activate them individually.
You could hold down the left ctrl first, then clicking name of contact, it will open contact in a new tab without leaving segment form.
Or selecting all contacts in Inactive Contacts view and click "Activate" to set those records to be active again.

Thank you for the question.
All emails to inactive contacts are always blocked as only active contacts are allowed to receive messages.
If you want to continue sending messages to contacts who are now inactive, you need to activate those contacts (as described by Clofly Mao).
