As part of Forms Pro transition to Customer Voice, we introduced several changes to support the new capabilities and to improve the experience. One of them is changing how you export survey results. In Forms Pro, survey responses are exported into an excel file output. We heard some issues when exporting large number of responses to excel. Hence, as part of the Customer Voice transition, we switched to export the survey results to csv format for better handling of exporting large number of survey.
Your feedback was loud and clear that you prefer the excel format. We hear you and we bring back export to excel functionality. When your survey responses are less than 5000, Customer Voice will export directly to excel. If you have more than 5000, we prompted if you would like to export the last 5000 responses to excel or export all to csv.
