Custom Security Roles - Customer Sales Insight

Hi,
I have enabled the Customer Sales Insight inside of the Marketing app and I'm having issues to access it. I have a custom security role that is a mirror of the Sequence Manager role. If I use the Sequence Manager role, I have access to the work assignment but, if I use the Custom role, I cannot and I receive a message saying /Sequence workflow is not enabled for your account. Please contact your admin/. I have enabled the Sales Insights flows too.
Is there anything I'm missing?

    I'm not sure what other details I can provide. I have a role, which is a mirror from Sequence Manager and it does not provide the same access (Work Assignment). the error message is this:

    Hi,

    Here's what you need to check first:

    1. Missing Permissions: The Sequence Manager role grants access to specific Sales functionalities, but not all the ones needed for CSI. You need additional permissions related to Customer Engagement and Customer Insights entities.
    2. CSI Flows Activation: Enabling Sales Insights flows isn't enough. You also need to ensure the specific "Sequence workflow" flow is activated for your user or role.

    Here are some solutions to try:

    Solution 1: Request Admin Access:

    • Contact your Dynamics 365 administrator and explain the issue. They can grant you access to the full Sequence Manager role temporarily to complete your work within CSI.
    • Alternatively, ask them to review your custom security role and add the missing permissions related to Customer Engagement and Customer Insights entities.

    Solution 2: Enable Specific Flow:

    • If access to the full Sequence Manager role isn't possible, identify the specific "Sequence workflow" flow needed for your task.
    • Ask your administrator to activate that specific flow for your custom security role or your individual user. This will grant you access to the essential functionality without giving you broader Sequence Manager permissions.
