Unified Service Desk 4.0 not working with D365 trail instance. May be logging to default organization

Hi,

I installed USD 4.0 , installed 'Unified Interface Solution' and trying to open 'customer service hub' . The client asks for organization and later also shows the app to select. However , when USD loads the screen is blank. Few minutes later it shows debugger.

Any suggesstions here ?

I doubt that though I am entering the trail D365 instance/organization I created , it is always trying to open the default organization.

When the USD loads initially, then it will be all blank . Including right panel, main panel and left panel. Once you start deploying packages, then you will start seeing various parts of the layouut
