Hello everyone,
I've just seen a video from a customer story on Microsoft website :
https://customers.microsoft.com/en-us/story/1360552479933896190-faurecia-automotive-dynamics365-fr-france
It's a great video for showing how Remote Assist can help in industry, but it shows some features I haven't found in Remote Assist :
- at 1:40 the technician use a measure tool that seems to be very handy but with a weird function, how can it validate the measure and why ?
- at 1:44 the expert add a 3d object at the technician and talk about the possiblity of superimposing hologram in the field of view of the technician ("on peu egalement superposer des pièces sur la vue de l'opérateur").
- at 2:05 the expert have sent a document at the technician, the display of the document is a bit weird doesn't match what I've seen in Remote Assist but the most weird thing is the auto checking of the list, how can it work ?
I hope some of theses features are about to arrive in Remote Assist, but if it's not the case, I think it's pretty sad to have videos like these showing fake information on the features of Remote Assist.
I don't see the point of doing these.
